Rotel Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. chopped tomatoes
    8 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 sweet peppers
Preparation
    Mix together; bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes.
    Fill jars; process in hot water bath for 10 minutes.
    Makes 9 pints.
