Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/2 stick oleo, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. coconut
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream the sugar and oleo.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add buttermilk and vanilla, beating well, then add coconut.
    Pour into the pie shell.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
