Orange Pineapple Zucchini Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. grated zucchini
    5 c. sugar
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
    2 Tbsp. orange peel or McCormick's
Preparation
    Boil everything, except jello and peel, together for 15 minutes to a rolling boil, stirring often.
    Add jello and orange peel last.
    Put into sterile jars and seal.
    Makes 9 (1/2 pint) jars.
    Can use other fruit, such as berries or peaches (match jello).
