Pork Chops And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
2 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 can cream of soup, mixed with salt and pepper
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
mushrooms
1 c. water
Preparation

Brown chops on both sides in lightly greased skillet.
Season with salt and pepper.
Combine rice, onion, celery, soup and water.
Put mixture in casserole dish or skillet.
Place chops on top of rice; cover.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until chops are done.
Serves 4.
