Louisiana Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    1 large green pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 large red pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1 large yellow peppers, cut into 1/4-inch strips
    1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saute bacon until crisp.
    Break up into small pieces and drain!
    Save drippings.
    Add peppers and oregano to skillet.
    Cook until tender.
    Stir in bacon.
    Season and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serve.
