Country Captain - cooking recipe
Ingredients

breast and thigh of frying size chicken
1 can tomatoes
1 can small green peas
1 can mushrooms
1 bunch celery (small)
thyme and curry powder to taste
1 onion
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1 garlic clove
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Fry chicken.
While frying, make sauce with remaining ingredients. Place chicken in roaster.
Cover with sauce and cook slowly at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When done, place chicken on platter and serve over rice.
