Best Ever Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
    1 c. minced onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 pt. sour cream
    8 to 10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake about 1 hour in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish at 350\u00b0.
