Lemon Loaves - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
15 oz. box yellow raisins
6 eggs, separated
2 oz. bottle lemon extract
16 oz. walnuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda, mixed in 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks, one at a time.
Add lemon extract and soda water.
In a separate bowl, mix raisins and nuts thoroughly in flour.
Add this to butter mix.
Beat egg whites and fold into mixture.
