Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. salt
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. oil
2 c. water
food coloring (color of choice)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
When mixture is smooth, put on burner. Cook all ingredients until the play dough is formed.
