English Muffin Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Set aside 2 cups flour. Combine dry ingredients. Heat liquid to 125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0. Add dry mixture. Beat well. Stir in reserved flour. Grease 2 loaf pans. Dust with cornmeal. Dust top of bread with cornmeal. Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
