Carrot Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oleo or shortening
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. cooked carrots, mashed or can
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and oleo or shortening.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Add carrots.
    Drop by teaspoonful and bake at 350\u00b0.
