Fried Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 squash
    1 egg, mixed with 1 pt. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut squash into circular pieces.
    Salt and pepper squash.
    Dip in eggwash and flour, and place in hot vegetable oil.
    Fry on both sides until golden and crunchy.
