Christmas Breakfast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices buttered bread
    3/4 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. sausage (1 lb. roll)
    1 3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Trim crust and cut into cubes, then put 1/2 of the cubes into the bottom of a greased casserole pan.
    Add sausage, browned and drained.
    Sprinkle top with 1/2 of the cheese.
    Add the remainder of bread cubes and rest of cheese.
    Whip eggs and rest of ingredients.
    Pour over the layered bread.
    Cover and store in refrigerator overnight.
    The next morning, bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
    Serve in casserole dish with fruit and hot biscuits.
