Round Steak Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. round steak, 1/2-inch thick
    8 medium carrots, peeled
    8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans condensed cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    2 envelopes onion soup mix
Preparation
    Heat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Cut meat into 1-inch pieces.
    Put meat, carrots and thinly sliced potatoes (cut in quarters) into casserole dish.
    Mix soups together; mix with meat and vegetables. Cover with lid or foil and bake 50 minutes or until meat and vegetables are tender.
