Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Bring to boil; stir to hard ball (260\u00b0 or about 5 minutes). Remove and stir in soda quickly.
    Pour over popped corn.
    Stir well.
    Bake at 200\u00b0 for one hour.
    Stir 2 or 3 times while baking. Turn out of pan or will stick.
