Banana Nut Snack Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 c. chopped pecans
2 1/4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla together.
Add flour; stir until just mixed.
Pour into greased baking pan.
Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until brown.
