Holiday Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. (1 lb.) washed cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. coarsely broken walnuts, toasted
1 c. orange marmalade
juice of 1 lime or lemon
Preparation

Stir cranberries with sugar in shallow pan.
Cover tightly with foil and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Toast walnuts on cookie sheet about 12 minutes; watch very closely.
Stir baked cranberries, marmalade, walnuts and lemon juice until well mixed. Chill.
