Ingredients

4 egg whites
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. milk
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk and butter.
Beat until smooth.
Fold in egg whites. Pour 2/3 cup of batter per waffle.
Makes delicious pancakes, too!
