Amelia Island Crab - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 stick melted margarine or butter
several dashes of Tabasco
2 c. bread crumbs, fresh
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. green pepper, cut fine (optional)
1 lb. crab claw meat or mock crab
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add milk and 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs.
Flake crab meat and add other ingredients.
Put in buttered baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch.
Cover with remaining crumbs.
Drizzle with melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
