Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. diced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    6 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. dill seed
    4 tsp. Cream of Wheat
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sour cream (optional)
Preparation
    Saute onion. Add zucchini, broth and seasoning. Bring to a boil. Add Cream of Wheat. Simmer 5 minutes. Puree entire soup and return to heat. Add 1/2 cup sour cream when ready to serve. Garnish with fresh dill. Enjoy!
