Mixed Vegetable Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

sweet peppers, sliced
cauliflower flowerets
celery, sliced
carrots, sliced
canned tomatoes, sliced
onions, sliced
zucchini, sliced
yellow squash, sliced
cucumbers, sliced
2 pt. vinegar
2 pt. sugar
1 pt. water
Preparation

Clean and slice vegetables. Mix in desired amounts.
Pack in jars (may put hot peppers in bottom of jar if desired).
Dissolve vinegar, sugar and water.
Pour solution over vegetables, leaving 1/4-inch clear at top.
Seal.
Water bath 25 minutes.
Remove right away.
