Spaghetti Pizza(From A Family Friend, Anna) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. spaghetti
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. salami or mortadella, chopped
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    3 Tbsp. parsley, minced
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in
    salted
    water
    according
    to package directions.
    Drain and rinse
    lightly
    in
    cool
    water;
    drain again.
    In large bowl place
    spaghetti
    and
    the
    rest
    of the ingredients except oil and
    toss
    gently.
    Heat oil in 10-inch non-stick frying pan.
    When oil
    is hot, place mixture in pan. Shake pan occasionally so
    pizza
    does
    not stick.
    Lower heat and cover for 7 to 8 minutes.
    Slide pizza onto flat plate and flip pan over top of pizza, so the other side will cook.
    Cook an additional 10
    minutes
    until nicely firm and set.
    Makes 4 servings.
    This is also great as a side dish.
