Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. coconut
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 cans lite apple pie filling
    1 egg
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
    Mix in coconut.
    Pat mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake 10 minutes.
    Mix pie filling and cinnamon.
    Pour over crust.
    Blend sour cream and egg.
    Pour over apples.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Delicious!
