Poor Man'S Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ring baloney
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch with 1/2 c. water
    2 c. crushed tomatoes
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    In a skillet, cook onion until translucent.
    Add crushed garlic and tomatoes.
    Slice the baloney in thin slices and add to skillet.
    Simmer about 20 minutes.
    Add cornstarch and water mixture. Stir until thickened (about 5 minutes).
    Serve with salad and crusty bread.
