Holiday Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 pkg. (10 oz. each) Birds Eye broccoli with cheese sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until tender, but not browned.
    Add vegetables with sauce, chicken broth, cream and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, about 5 minutes.
    Makes 5 1/2 cups or 6 servings.
