Apple Coconut Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. melted butter
4 apples, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. liquid sweetener
1/2 c. apple jelly
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine vanilla wafers, coconut and cinnamon.
In a shallow, 1-quart casserole, layer apples and crumb mixture.
Alternate layers, ending with apples.
