Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter, at room temperature
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 ripe, mashed bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. shelled walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift all-purpose flour.
    Add baking soda and salt.
    Stir in whole wheat flour and mix well. Fold in bananas, vanilla and walnuts.
    Pour mixture into greased bread pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
