Carrot Cake 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Mix eggs, oil, and sugar. Add dry ingredients a little at a time and beat well after each addition.
    Fold in carrots, pineapple, and nuts.
    Bake at 350 degrees in three 9 inch cake pans.
