Apricot Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
2 1/2 c. dried bread cubes (2 1/2 slices)
1/3 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. low-fat milk
1 c. Second Nature
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
