Biscuit Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. fat
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Use a pastry blender and cut in fat that is firm at room temperature until mixture looks like coarse cornmeal.
    Store in tightly covered jar or can.
    (This will keep about 3 months.)
