Turkish Meat Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. stew meat, cut in small pieces
    1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. cumin, ground
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 medium onion, diced
Preparation
    Combine meat, garlic, onion, pepper and cumin.
    Mix well and refrigerate 2 hours.
    Brown meats and spices until done.
    Add tomatoes with juice and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
    Serve over steamed rice.
