French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in center is clean.
