Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. persimmon pulp
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 c. raisins
1 c. pecans and/or almonds
Preparation

Cream 1/2 cup butter with 1 cup sugar, then add 1 beaten egg and 1 cup persimmon pulp.
Persimmon pulp needs 1 teaspoon soda dissolved in it first.
Set aside and combine the following.
