Ingredients

1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. uncooked oats
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. olive oil
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Pour milk over oats; let stand 5 minutes.
Mix together flour, baking powder, salt and lightly stir in eggs into oats mixture. Add honey then add dry ingredients and oil, stirring until blended.
Cook on a hot lightly greased griddle.
