Sweet Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c water
    2 pkg Pillsbury Date Bread mix
    2 c pecan (halves or chopped)
    2 c raisins
    2 c candied cherries
    1 c candied pineapple
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350 degrees, grease and flour (or spray with Pam) a tube pan.
    In large bowl, combine eggs and water. Add remaining ingredients, stir by hand until combined.
    Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 75 to 85 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool in pan for 30 minutes, loosen edges and remove from pan.
    Cool completely, wrap in foil or plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
