Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 large Cool Whip
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Mix sugar and pineapple; bring to boil.
    Add jello.
    Mix well. Let cool.
    Blend in Cool Whip and cottage cheese.
    Let set 2 hours in fridge before serving.
