Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/2 medium bell pepper, finely diced
    cayenne pepper to taste
    1 c. sharp cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except cheese and pepper.
    Pour 1/2 of ingredients into pan, then add cheese and pepper.
    Pour in remainder of ingredients and bake 35 to 45 minutes at 400\u00b0.
