Sunny Island Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large banana, sliced
    2 c. chicken, cut in 1-inch cubes and cooked
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 pt. fresh strawberries, stems removed and halved
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1/2 c. bottled French dressing (spicy and sweet)
    Premium saltine crackers
    lettuce leaves
Preparation
    In large bowl, sprinkle lemon juice over banana.
    Add chicken, pineapple and strawberries; toss to mix.
    Place lettuce leaves on individual serving plates.
    Top with salad.
    Sprinkle with sesame seed.
    Serve with dressing and crackers.
    Makes 4 main dish servings.
