Miniature Chicken Salad Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    4 Tbsp. chopped green olives
    4 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
    1 c. celery
    1 c. toasted chopped almonds
    4 Tbsp. salad pickles
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry
    1 recipe Puff Pastry (recipe follows)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Fill pastries with salad.
    Garnish with slices of green and ripe olives and fresh parsley.
    Yield: 36.
