Chocolate Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cashews, chopped (unsalted)
    1 lb. bittersweet chocolate
    1 1/4 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. Kahlua
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 oz. unsalted butter
Preparation
    Chop chocolate; place in bowl.
    Heat butter and cream to scald.
    Pour over chocolate.
    Stir to melt.
    Add cinnamon, Kahlua, vanilla and cashews.
    Pour into lightly greased mold (loaf pan); chill.
