Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated carrots
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. flaked coconut
    1 Tbsp. orange rind
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and oil together.
    Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon together.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat well, then add carrots, pineapple and remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
