Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed canned carrots
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar and oil.
Mix dry ingredients (flour, spices) together and add to egg mixture.
Add mashed carrots. Beat in nuts by hand.
Bake in a 13 x 9-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
