S & W Rigatoni Fagioli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch chunks
    1/2 medium onion, chopped
    2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can S & W ready-cut tomatoes, undrained
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil leaves
    8 oz. dry rigatoni, cooked and drained
    1 (15 oz.) can S & W white beans, drained
    salt and pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet.
    Saute chicken, stirring frequently, until cooked. Add onion and garlic.
    Saute 2 to 3 minutes.
    Stir in S & W ready-cut tomatoes and basil. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add rigatoni and
    S & W white beans; toss well to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
    Remove from heat.
    Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 3 to 4.
