Apricot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. apricot nectar
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cream shortening and sugar, creaming well.
    Blend in eggs and egg yolks.
    Beat one minute, then add 1/4 of dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Blend in milk. Combine apricot nectar and lemon extract and add alternately with remaining dry ingredients to greased mixture.
    Blend thoroughly. Pour into 3 greased, floured pans.
    Bake about 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
