Huntington Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. chicken, cooked, boned and cut in pieces
4 c. chicken broth, thickened with 1/2 c. flour
seasoning to taste
1/2 lb. cheese, diced
buttered bread crumbs
2 c. spaghetti or macaroni
Preparation

Cook spaghetti or macaroni in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, stirring.
Turn off heat; cover and let stand 10 minutes. Arrange layer of chicken, then pasta, then cheese, until all is used in baking dish.
Cover with broth; sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes; you can add a little chopped onions.
