Mini Cream Cheese Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter/margarine, softened
1 c. self-rising flour
Preparation

Beat cream cheese and butter at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy.
Gradually add flour, beating at low speed until blended.
Spoon dough into ungreased mini muffin pans, filling full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden.
Serve immediately.
