Ginger Ale Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) box orange jello
1 red apple, chopped
1/4 stalk celery, chopped
1/4 c. lemon juice
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can ginger ale or 7-Up
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
Preparation

Place 2 cups boiling water in pan.
Add jello and stir until jello is dissolved.
Add ginger ale and lemon juice.
Allow to set until it's about half set up.
Add apple, celery, nuts and pineapple.
Stir well.
Pour in pan, 9 x 13-inch, and chill until firm.
