Dad'S Favorite Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cubed
3 stalks celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 stick butter
3 c. milk
1 c. water
salt
pepper
paprika
Preparation

Place chopped celery, onion, potatoes, water and bouillon cubes in pressure cooker and cook until tender (about 20 minutes). Mash with potato masher until smooth.
Add milk, butter, salt and pepper.
Stir to blend.
Heat to piping hot.
Do not allow to boil.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
Serves 4.
