My Favorite Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. broad noodles
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. diced pepper
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of tomato soup
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Rinse and set aside.
    Brown onions, celery, peppers and beef in butter. Stir.
    Add salt, pepper and cooked noodles.
    Blend the condensed soups with 3/4 can of water and add to the mixture.
    Bake in greased baking dish in 350 \u00b0oven for about 45 minutes.
    Serves 8.
