Holiday Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 egg yolks
    2 c. sugar
    1 pt. bourbon
    1 c. rum
    1 c. brandy
    3 pt. heavy cream
    2 c. milk
    6 egg whites
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks with sugar until thick.
    Gradually add the liquors, stirring constantly.
    Blend in the cream and milk.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and peaks are formed.
    Gently fold into eggnog.
    Turn into punch bowl, cover and chill.
    To serve, ladle eggnog into punch cups and sprinkle with nutmeg.
